Scott Miller has a decade of experience working on various federal projects both throughout the DMV and overseas. He manages projects ranging from small redevelopment to large new development and conceptual studies to full construction. Scott’s expertise in rooted in stormwater management, particularly working within Maryland’s regulations, and 3D grading. His project management skills have been a team asset in managing embassy projects, many of which are overseas. Scott has also worked on a number of the firm’s IDIQ contracts, managing multiple tasks orders simultaneously.
