Meredith McComas, PE
President
Meredith McComas has almost two decades of engineering expertise, primarily focused on development projects. In her role as President of Sorba, she leads the company in fulfilling its overall mission of providing quality civil engineering services. A graduate of Virginia Tech, Meredith has a long history of working in land development in the suburbs of Virginia.
Meredith works directly with all employees of the company implementing this vision. Her concentration is supporting the project managers, ensuring they have the necessary support to educate and guide their teams to remain aligned with the Sorba goal. Remaining strategically aligned with both clients and projects is Meredith’s focus for continuing Sorba’s success. She oversees all financial aspects of the business, ensuring the company is financially sound and ready to focus on new opportunities and challenges.
