Marketing and Business Administrator
 

Sorba seeks a marketing and business administrator who is able to support both our marketing department and general business functions. This individual will be able to effectively work on multiple assignments and assist with overall marketing and business administration tasks. The position holds a unique role in our organization, with potential for professional growth and advancement.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in English, business, business administration, communications, marketing, graphic design, or other equivalent degrees

  • Expert in Microsoft Office Suite 

  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite 

  • Excellent time management skills 

  • Excellent organizational skills, with demonstration of multi-tasking capabilities 

  • Excellent communication and math skills 

  • Ability to work well either in a team or individually on tasks

Working with the firm leadership and the director of marketing and business development, the selected candidate will

  • Provide administrative support 

  • Maintain resumes, project descriptions and other content

  • Work with technical staff to develop marketing and fee proposals 

  • Assist with formatting and editing specifications 

  • Maintain CRM database

  • Update social media accounts

  • Support other office and general administrative tasks
